Opening cleaning 2024 of villas, houses and apartments.

This cleaning is done for the arrival of the owners or their clients and requires exhaustive dedication on the part of the service staff, since the property is closed for several months; for this reason it is necessary to air it out, check it and proceed with said cleaning in which the interior (bathrooms, floors, interior windows, sliding door rails, dust, kitchen) and the exterior (railings, exterior windows, blinds, pine needles, and other debris that storms and wind leave on the terraces, pass Karcher in areas that need it) will be done.

All of this in case there are no problems with humidity or leaks, which will be handled by the appropriate professional, with the corresponding rates for each one.

Cleaning during the summer season 2024.

They will be done when the owner previously indicates it through planning, to guarantee from our side the priority that each client deserves. Each cleaning includes normal maintenance, interior and exterior. (Only Porches, covered entrances and covered terraces) In the Property

(Cleaning and disinfection of all its elements - W.C., sink and shower faucets, curtains, sinks, tiles or walls and floors - clean towels, shower exit mats)

(Cleaning of appliances such as: toaster, coffee maker, juicer,
ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven and its grills, microwave oven, extractor hood
and its grills. Also the countertop, the dishwasher, trash bin area and floors. If it is
necessary, the fridge will be moved to clean under it). Window glasses, rails and
blinds if there were any.

 (Cleaning of coffee table and/or dining table, vacuum or clean surface and under the sofa cushions, floors, windows, dust off all surfaces, vacuum carpets if any, arrange cushions in an orderly manner).

(Cleaning of wardrobes, bedside tables, headboards, check each drawer, make beds with clean sheets and cover with blankets or duvets. Windows, glasses, rails and blinds, if any, floors)

(Cleaning of tables, dust, glasses, windows, rails and blinds, if any, and floors).

(Cleaning of outdoor furniture, dust, glasses, window eaves, doors, floors).

(Cleaning of terrace furniture, use Karcher if necessary, use blower to remove dry leaves and pine needles if necessary, lamps and other outdoor objects).

We will collect a maximum of 2 medium-sized garbage bags per house or villa and 1 medium-sized garbage bag per apartment. The excessive amount of garbage will be charged separately and will cost 25€ PER BAG, so I recommend that owners and Agencies warn their guests or clients that they should be taking out the garbage during their stay. The cleaning rates for the 2024 season for the owners of the houses, villas and apartments and the Agencies will be 23€ + VAT = 27.83€ per hour (from Monday to Sunday) with cleaning products and implements included; for unplanned cleanings or from one day to the next (even for the same day) the price will be 25€/hour + VAT= 30.25€.

For each client check-in, each room of the house will be prepared to receive them.

LAUNDRY SERVICE FOR HOME CLOTHES.

During the 2024 season, this service will be provided for homeowners and agencies. We pick it up at the time of cleaning the house, villa, or apartment and bring it back at the next client change or at the mid-stay cleaning if they indicate us to do so.

Home clothes: wash and dry +/-8kg.

Possible complications such as engine failure, water recovery (green water), gresite repairs, crown repairs, pool washing, water losses, and bulb changes will be carried out, subject to a budget.

For homeowners who receive guests or clients, we will deliver the keys to the house, villa, or apartment. This service is subject to the arrival time of the guests. If I have to do the check out, an additional service is added in each time range.
